Infusion Coffee Roasting Company is a proud Canadian owned business that provides freshly roasted premium coffee to order. At Infusion Coffee Roasting Company, we hand-roast and custom blend all of our coffees in small batches, guaranteeing product freshness, consistency and fullness of flavour. We also offer coffees as single origins to showcase the unique qualities, coffee has to offer from some of the best coffee producing regions around the world including: Kenya, Nicaragua, Brazil, Columbia and Indonesia. We are a micro roastery dedicated to roasting each green bean to perfection to create that perfect cup of coffee including fair trade, organically grown and decaffeinated coffee. We are proud members of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and are Fair Trade Certified through TransFair Canada.
It is our mission to bring the exotic flavours coffee has to offer from around the world to our community using select beans and showcasing their unique regional qualities. It is our hope that we can enhance the coffee drinking journey of our community and provide variety to help people enrich their coffee experience.
We distribute our coffee in a variety of ways to best suit your needs as a customer. We offer the ability to order our coffee online, at one of our many local retailers in the area, or feel free to stop in at our location. Coffee is best enjoyed fresh, so purchase our coffee in small amounts, so that it is consumed in 3-4 weeks.

Infusion Coffee Roasting Company is owned by Rick Herrewynen and Charlene Verbeek from Gowanstown, Ontario. It has been a long time dream for this married couple to open up a family business that will allow them to work together along with their two children. Both Charlene and Rick have enjoyed professional jobs as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a Mechanical Engineer, however; the time has come to slow life down and spend more time together as a family. Taking time to talk and laugh over a great cup of coffee is highly valued in this family. Come and enjoy the adventure of sampling coffees from around the world.
